With our Order Track|Trace System (OTS), we will notify customers of each production process seamlessly. All you need to click order status through your login account.
In most cases, the production process will take two to three weeks once we receive the initial payment and artwork confirmation. However, this takes an additional amount of time during the peak production period between July and September.
Add-Ons will take the same amount of time regardless of the number of units or pieces.
It is a very challenging situation since it involves the third party (courier company) taking care of the shipment boxes, but according to the data we have gathered over the past five years, there is a 4%-6% chance of a box being lost.
In our position as the responsible company for our customers, we are responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. It may, however, take up to two weeks for courier companies to relocate missing packages. Once that time is up, we may need two extra weeks.
Occasionally, Customs clearance can take longer than expected and it is not possible to push any delay until they require any documents or details.
